| The AGM took place at 3.30 in the afternoon at Bush Hall on the Uxbridge Road. There were some 200 shareholders in attendance, and known faces in the audience included Ross Jones, Tim Krause, Peter Ellis, Harold Winton and his sons Matt and Alex. |

On the stage were Chris Pennington, David Anderson, Kevin McGrath, Bill Power, Mark Devlin and Azeem Malik.
Kevin McGrath, the acting chairman of QPR Holdings plc, explained that the meeting would be in three parts:
- an overview of the company as it is now, including an introduction to the new board and a personal statement from himself
- the formal business of the meeting, where the resolutions would be discussed and voted on
- an open forum where shareholders could ask questions of the board and of Gianni Paladini
