SHAREHOLDERS' AGM CALLED - 15 JUNE

8th June 2007

The Annual General Meeting of QPR Holdings Ltd will take place at 2pm on Friday 15 June in the Blue and White Club at Loftus Road.

Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask questions about the accounts and how the company is being run.

Voting

As previously reported on Boardroom Blues, the accounts for the year ending May 2005 that shareholders approved at last year's AGM have been altered.

Shareholders will be able to vote on four formal resolutions:

  • whether to adopt the altered accounts for the year ending May 2005
  • whether to adopt the accounts for the year ending May 2006
  • whether to re-appoint Antonio Caliendo as a director of the company
  • whether to re-appoint Shipleys LLP as the company's auditors
