DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS - UPDATE
Boardroom Blues would like to thank directors Kevin McGrath and Bill Power for their openness and help over the last couple of days in compiling the following information.
Directors McGrath and Power confirmed that:
Bill Power has bought £200,000 worth of shares at 6.5p, ie 3,076,923 shares.
Kevin McGrath now owns 8,790,740 shares in the name of his company Tring Securities (up from the 2,308,000 previously listed on this site).
QPR Nominees now hold 10,388,068 shares (down from the 16,066,019 previously listed on this site).
Wasps Trustees are no longer major shareholders in QPR Holdings plc.
Taking this information together with that on the Shares Register dated 17 September 2003, Boardroom Blues believes that those shareholders owning 3% or more of the plc are now:
QPR Nominees - 10,388,068 shares - 16.6% of the
plc
Chris Wright - 10,000,000 shares - 16% of the plc
Tring Securities (Kevin McGrath) -
8,790,740 shares - 14.1% of the plc
Bank of New York Nominees - 3,810,000 - 6.1% of the plc
Bill Power - 3,076,923 shares - 4.9% of the plc
Aspen Trustees (Chris Wright and Peter Segal) - 2,898,483 shares - 4.64% of
the plc
James Arbib - 2,500,000 shares - 4% of the plc
