Fines For Late Accounts
QPR Holdings plc's accounts are due to be filed with Companies House by 31
December 2003.
Companies which file their accounts late are automatically fined as follows:
Up to 3 months late - £500
3-6 months late - £1000
6-12 months late - £2000
More than 12 months late - £5000
Failing to deliver accounts on time is also a criminal offence for which
company directors may be prosecuted.
