HALEEM TRYING TO RESTRUCTURE HIS BID

Off the pitch it's as you were in the ongoing saga of the proposed and much-needed investment in the club - lots of talking but no cheque-signing.

A major obstacle in the path of interested parties remains the repayment of the £10million loan the current board took out to take the club out of administration.

Long-standing bidder Haleem Kherallah said this week that he was still very interested, but was now looking at ways of restructuring his bid to account further for the interest repayments on the loan.
