LSA MEETING WITH THE CLUB

The LSA met with David Davies, Gerry Lonsdale and Kevin McGrath from the club on 15 April.
Points to emerge from the meeting included the following:

meeting with Ian Holloway's agent about the possibility of a new contract
is set to take place this week
three
prospective investors are in discussions with the club and the club said - after the Philip Englefield fiasco - that it has investigated their backgrounds
Ross Jones is unlikely to step down as plc chairman after all
there will be one more Fans Forum this season, in the Slough / Windsor / Bracknell area
the club
claimed the accounts would be signed off "in the next week or so" and that
the date of the AGM would be announced within 21 days
the official website is generating £50,000 per year, and sales of merchandise in the club shop have quadrupled this season under the management of Mike Pink.
commercial
contracts expiring at the end of the season include stewarding, matchday programme production, and the agreement for QPR's reserves to play their home fixtures at Northwood FC
