QPR
director Kevin McGrath has made public his ambition to be a Labour MP.
He hopes to be selected as Labour's prospective parliamentary candidate
for the constituency of Ealing, Acton and Shepherds Bush where MP Clive
Soley is standing down at the next election. Loftus Road falls within
this constituency.
McGrath is likely to face stiff competition from other Labour hopefuls including Andrew Slaughter, the leader of Hammersmith & Fulham Council who fought a by-election for Labour in 1997 in Uxbridge where he polled 12,522 votes. Click on the link below to visit the McGrath 4 Labour website.
