The company's annual accounts were on the agenda as usual. The accounts are sent out to shareholders in advance of the meeting.

The financial year covered by the accounts presented to the AGM was the one ending 31 May 2005.

At the meeting shareholders asked some questions about the accounts and then voted to approve them.

The club has now submitted the accounts to Companies House where they can be inspected by any member of the public.

The accounts which have been submitted to Companies House are not the same as the ones that were approved by shareholders at the AGM. Significant changes have been made both to the figures in the accounts and the accompanying notes.
