MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS - UPDATE - 1 JANUARY 2004

Boardroom Blues would like to thank directors Kevin McGrath and Bill Power for their openness and help over the last couple of days in compiling this update.

Directors McGrath and Power have confirmed that:

  • Bill Power has bought £200,000 worth of shares at 6.5p, ie 3,076,923 shares.

  • Kevin McGrath now owns 8,790,740 shares in the name of his company Tring Securities (up from the 2,308,000 shown on the Shares Register dated 17 September 2003).

  • QPR Nominees now hold 10,388,068 shares (down from the 16,066,019 listed on the September 2003 Shares Register).

  • Wasps Trustees are no longer major shareholders in QPR Holdings plc.
